Kind services, good workout

This studio has great energy and is very clean. I love that the daily schedule allows for a lot of opportunity and variety to choose from. I really love the teacher Jess's yoga sculpt class. The heat was great and her instruction and flow was easy to follow and challenging to get a Feel for a great workout. I would highly recommend this studio. I also enjoyed shopping your retail section before class. Great selection!

Frequent classes.

At this location, I like the space which was big. I thought the instructors were fairly knowledgeable, little more real, and helpful to students that were beginners. Provided alternatives to make it more challenging for the more advanced students.

You wouldn’t think that the atmosphere at the different locations would be different but the Encinitas has a calm and relaxing vibe, closer to more traditional yoga studios have.

So much, grateful for the studio, some really good teachers and great students!

I completely love the hot yoga classes, especially the yoga sculpt. By far the best class i have taken, altho i do need to build up endurance for it. Sheila is a great motivator and instructor.

I would love to join Core Yoga but unfortunately it's overpriced for me. I truly enjoyed the week free trial.

Jill’s sculpt class was the best sculpt I have taken in my CPY history! Jill and I were sculpt certified together, and I must say, she has blossomed into one amazing sculpt teacher. I was blown away with her authentic cues, adjustments, and ability to really connect with the class!
