So much effort is put into each class. The teachers are top notch and everyone is so caring and nice.
I took a C2 class with Laura at her noon class on Saturday and it was amazing! She does a great job breaking down movements (I learned how to do a hurdler’s pose and headstand!) and sequencing her flows. Highly recommend this location & any of Laura’s classes!
