Your Yoga instructors are excellent.
Forrest and Lindsey taught a great Advanced Transitions class. Lots of new things to tryout. Nice adjustments. I often take C2s, but find the thought of C3 a little daunting. Classes like this help slowly build confidence up to understand what's behind the C3 curtain.
Forrest is my favorite teacher. He is so knowledgable and professional. He should be more utilized to train your existing teachers!

Instructors are very pleasant and down to earth and I love how they make you feel like family that's why I this is my #1 studio. Location would be another reason why I go here because there is no stuggle for parking!
two classes with Forrest (i think) - he was great. funny and motivating. i did think the floor was a little dirty the first night but much cleaner the second night.
