I love how experienced the teachers are and how in each workout, I am pushed to strive for my best, both by the teacher and the other people in the class. I especially love the incorporation of weights, as it switches up the yoga I am used to, and increases my workout.

I love Christina's sculpt class on Mondays at 8:45 am.

Yoga Sculpt and that classes are only an hour but just as productive/rewarding. I really enjoy the boxing circuits. An entire yoga sculp-kickboxing class would be a lot of fun.
