I am on my free week trial and I have taken 2 Yoga Sculpt classes in the Mission Valley location.Both instructors (Christina & Amanda) were amazing. I love the sculpt class. I initially planned on trying as many different classes this week but so far I have taken a total of 3 sculpt classes! The music is great, the heat really makes you sweat and overall I feel like I got a really good workout. The facility was clean and set up well. The first class was a little crowded but once we started, it didn't even matter. I am definitely becoming a member.

Amazing teachers, clean and preety studio.

My first time experience was good. The instructor was very nice and easy going. She was very patient as it is my first session of yoga and I am not yet familiar with any yoga terms or poses.
