The instructors are great! I love the Cardio Circuit class. One thing I'd recommend is encourage the instructors to give more hands on adjustments.

I love that there are a variety of classes and everyone is always so helpful and willing to help in poses. I understand the poses but I love that they adjust to make sure I am doing it right to experience the full pose.
I've been to several CorePower studios around San Diego; all are great but Hillcrest is my favorite. The instructors are amazing and energizing

It seems like all the teachers do something that bothers me: asking the entire class "how're you doing," or "how's the heat?" or "how do you feel?" Who's going to say it's too hot, or they're not feeling well in front of everyone else? So the answer always has to be positive or silent. Which makes the inquiry itself ingenuous. I know it's a small matter, I love CP. Hillcrest is my home base, so many excellent teacher.
Teachers are great! Classes are challenging!
The yoga instructors were very friendly and helpful, the class was incredible and one of my favorites. It was different than the usual studio I go too and I loved the difference in variation.

The classes are so unique and effective. I lived in NYC for a brief time and struggled to find a studio that offered classes similar in intensity and variety. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I was pleased that they remembered me when I moved back to the area.
Andre is an Exceptional teacher and fantastic facilities.

The instructor was obviously well trained and moved the class along beautifully. Everything about the class and the environment was well done including the enthusiastic greeting and caring from the front desk!
