Student Testimonials
The space is inviting and clean and the yoga is always great!
All of it! Only thing I don't like is I wish teachers would emphasize the quiet rule in the studio. Too much chatter!
Classes are efficient, challenging, and easy to follow.
Always a clean & friendly space. Teachers are well trained.
I am old so I appreciate the small classes and the fact that the instructors take time to learn names, etc. (I belong to a big gym and could take yoga for free but the small personal classes make coming to Corepower worth it.
Great locations - I live a few blocks away from the SE location and I work across the river making the NW studio a convenient option during the week as well. Motivating instructors. Also enjoy the variability offered through each instructors personal teaching style.
Classes are challenging and I feel so great every time I leave the studio sweaty and accomplished.
Various locations and classes offered throughout the day at staggering times so it makes it easy to take a class whenever I can fit it in.
I love how often classes are offered daily. I also like the quality of instruction and facility.
I love that I can come to any Core power and know how a class will go and that I don't get judged based on being a bigger person trying to do yoga.
Quality of the instructors is consistent. Environment is clean, spa/boutique-like.
so friendly and clean studios!
Friendly atmosphere, clean studio.
I think Marlo on Sunday morning is a great instructor! She has a very calming demeanor, and I always get such a great workout with her.
I LOVE the teachers. It is obvious that they are thoughtful in class structure, keeping the students their top priority. I feel like I am being challenged to find my edge and go beyond my comfort zone.
I appreciate all of the opportunities to take workshops (even though I haven't been able to make it to one in a while). I love the community
The studios and locker rooms are always clean and Reception is friendly and welcoming!
It took me a long time to find my favorite go-to exercise spot in Portland. CorePower has so many options from slow and calming to challenging, butt-kicking classes. A little bit of everything!
Great instructors, clean and modern facilities, and good selection of products.
Great classes
Wonderful classes, studios, teachers and community!! Love core power!
Very laid back, friendly, easy to attend, nearby my home. Fantastic people that feel very genuine.
I like how the classes differ depending on who is leading it
I love the instructors and the cleanliness of the locker room.
I like when the instructor introduces himi or herself at the beginning of class. I like how the Hot Yoga class is very traditional and has no music (Kai's class). I would like more classes offered like the sat-sun 12:15-1:30 Hot Yoga classes. I think the southeast portland site needs to have two Corepower 2 classes offered at the 6am time slot. It's not fair that all five early classes are sculpt classes. Thank you for asking me to give feedback.
I like hot yoga. That CorePower offers it all day, along with flexible packages that don't expire, is really convenient for me. It's also a nice studio, and teachers are generally all knowledgeable and nice.
cp is a happy medium. the atmosphere is not too corporate, like going to a 24-hr fitness and not too earthy that it smells like a hamster cage. it's like going to a spa. i love cp.
c2!
Amazing, inspired teachers! Fun classes and great people.
I appreciate the friendly demeanor of the staff and the cleanliness of the studio. James G has a particularly good class with many useful insights. The SE Portland location is my favorite studio.
I love the teachers!!! I can't live without hot yoga:) Sculpt is how I clear my head and body! I like the small studio, not a big gym to navigate. I would buy more products if I could. I truly respect the teachers I've worked with and know I can ask them for advice anytime.

Excellent customer service. Competent, confident instructors. Perfect challenge levels.
