some of the instructors are amazing. And the Class schedule, with classes runnning all times thru-out the day makes it easy to fit yoga into any schedule.
Just have to send a personal note to some of the instructors at the northwest studio: there are quite a few long term instructors who are a large part of why I keep coming to this studio! Lisa, Jonie, Colin, Lacie, these are just a few names of some of the amazing instructors who put a lot of thought and work into their teaching. They have great knowledge of postures and anatomy. They have an in-depth vocabulary to move the class effectively thru each posture, make excellent adjustments to students which help to deepen their personal practices, and have shiny, beautiful, joyful personalities which eminate thru out the studio.
