I like the studio space (thank you soft floors), the teachers, the balance between mind/body work and physical work. I have always loved CP. Please encourage all the teachers to be careful of the heat. At times it is way TOO hot (beyond healthy). I've learned which teachers are conscious of this and try to go to those classes. It's the only reason I ever end up having to "take breaks" from CP. Oh, and also the continuously rising prices??! Otherwise, one of my favorite studios in MN

The classes were great. The instructors are so encouraging and motivating. The products looked of high quality. I loved the locker rooms and that I could temporarily use a mat when I forgot mine for a small fee.
Instructors. Reena, Aldrin, Abby, Erin, Judy, Chris Cov, Angela, Tommy & Tim tend to be the classes i go to but everyone is great when i have to juggle and go at a non-typical time.
Everyone is wonderful and welcoming - I love coming there and that's not even including the wonderful classes!

Clean studio, welcoming staff. First name removed's C2 class was GREAT yesterday. I enjoy when teachers use unique flow sequences and I really liked First name removed's. The pace was also perfect for me.
The most challenging, well-led classes out there.
SLP has some of the best instructors having been to several of the locations in the twin cities.

The studio has a friendly vibe and the instructor (I can't remember his name, but it was Friday 5:30 sculpt) was great! So positive and motivational, and the class was challenging and interesting. I usually go to a Chicago studio but will certainly be back whenever I visit my hometown again!
