Variety of classes, times and instructors. The different levels of classes available and I love the workshops the different studios have been offering like headstand workshop, chakras, grounding, etc.

The staff is always so welcoming and motivating. They welcome both regular yogis and first timers with open arms and forgiving, but appropiatley challenging, classes. The facilities are clean and neat. And most importantly, the schedule is accommodating to all lifestyles. With so many classes and so many different times of day, I can always find a class that works with my day.

ANGELA!! She is very skilled at creating a welcoming environment, managing the temp and humidity in the room so that it's challenging but not overwhelming, offering education at the right time and frequency throughout the class, her adjustments feel great and all around a very positive spirit. Love her class!!!
The new core cardio class at 7:30 is great. Perfect time for me. 6 am classes are hard.

Love your teachers! All are very different and provide unique classes. Only complaint/concern is the lack of parking. Having to walk across two busy streets to get to class isn't ideal.
