How nice and welcoming and attentive each instructor is! They all know your name, even if you're new, and make sure to go around to every person in the class to tell them they're doing a great job and help them reach their maximum potential. Other than that, it's a great environment to be involved with because everyone else who workouts there are just as great as the instructors!

Building is nice. Insturctors are relaxing. Most importantly, everyone is friendly and helpful. It is incouraging when corrected in a posture rather than discouraging. It enforces your desire to improve both yoga and health.

Best instructors and good offering of hot classes
I typically attend the 5:30pm sculpt Monday-Friday. The classes are plenty full but not so packed that your mat is overlaying the person next to you. I enjoy a lot of the instructors and the studio and locker rooms are always clean.

I think your group of teachers is the best. I live in northeast but drive to SLP for set, TT, and class because of how much I enjoy this studio. I also love NE but the SLP studio is really what changed my yoga practice.

The closeness (small size) of the studios I enjoy, the slightly less 'corporate' feel. And (for the men at least) the locker rooms are of adequate size.

Fantastic Teachers (Abby rocks), great yoga rooms with perfect heat setting and your locker rooms are the best of the CP's I attend.
