The classes are excellent and the instructors are great. I love the commitment to keeping the whole place very clean. Mostly though I appreciate how "user friendly", inviting, and comfortable you make it for men to attend.

Convenience, variety and instructors!
All the teachers are great! And the facility is so clean and inviting.
I really liked that the room for C1 was still warmer than room temp, but not hot, because there was a C2 class in there before. I also liked that the instructor provided us with modifications to make poses easier or harder. She gave us a tough work out but didn't make me feel guilty when I had to take a break because I couldn't keep up.
The environment... the studios are great & always perfectly heated & humid, which is actually very hard to find. This studio is awesome!
The instructors are the best! I consistently have a wonderful experience & learn each time... I also feel really welcome & it's fun to feel like you're a part of a community. And love how convenient class times are.

I went to a yoga sculpt class with Natalie W and it was awesome! Such a great full body workout and she masterfully made the connection between mind and body that made the rest of my day significantly more positive. Overall great class, 10 out of 10!
