I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and staff. The yoga event I attended was excellently run and well thought out,challenging in a good way!

The studio is very nice and the staff was great and had a wonderful and challenging yoga sculpt workout today. The only thing I would consider for improvement to provide a more personal touch is for the instructors to learn names (or ask our names) so they can call us out to improve or correct our form in the poses/exercises and perhaps add a spotter in class that can move around the room to assist in adjusting students into better form and improve their practice.

I like the facility and the energy of the teachers!

excellent instructors. good energy

I love the mix of Yoga with toning/cardio/weights of sculpt. I move around a lot and have yet to find anything else that strikes that perfect balance.

A variety of classes at various times! I would love a 5:30 am class though to get back home before my husband has to leave at 7.

I love the variety of classes and the availability of them throughout the day. I like how it is more mainstream so if I take a more religious friend there they will not be scared away by some of the more traditional things that may make them feel uncomfortable in other yoga studios (chanting etc.) The instructors are always very prepared and friendly. Every instructor seems to have a passion for their practice which we as students can feel and this helps to create a sense of peace, love and community throughout the room.

Always feel great after a class

The studio is always clean and the instructors and clients are pleasant and friendly. The instructors are always changing it up and creating different moves and and classes. The parking is easy and plentiful. There are always great items in the gift shop also!

Teacher was extremely knowledgeable. Class was the perfect pace and the sequences felt awesome. I am a yoga teacher myself, visiting from another state. I appreciate good sequencing and cueing. I loved the class and will come back to core power whenever I am in town!
