The instructors are highly trained, friendly, and work hard to offer everyone who walks through true door a yoga experience that meets their goals- no matter if it’s fitness or emotional well-being. I’ve been a member of CorePower for years and have practiced at studios around the country, but the Eden Prairie location is my home and the staff at the studio are always amazing!

I think the teachers are fantastic (Wendy and Angel, in particular). The environment is warm and friendly. They "know" their students and make the classes fun and engaging. Plus, they're tough.

The full body workout experience was awesome

Thanksgiving eve sculpt with awesome Amy - exactly what was needed. She embraced the night and first time for my 20 year old daughter- who was challenged and loved trying a new class. Thank you Amy. Highly motivating! Bonus Turkey for you!!!

Wendy at Eden Prairie, MN is one of the best instructors I’ve ever taken a class with!

We are a small community.

I like the CorePower 2 classes. It would be very nice to add more classes during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Instructor Jenna is a lovely human! She was kind & patient helping us out the night before when we went to the wrong yoga studio. Then we were lucky enough to take a class with her the following day!
