It's a great full body workout and all of the instructors I have taken classes with are enthusiastic and professional.

I really enjoy the classes and the atmosphere. The classes are fun. I'm always excited about trying new poses and challenging my body. There's a lot for me to learn about yoga, but each class I've been to does not make me feel like I'm lost or behind, Last name removed I appreciate that.

The yoga room always seem clean and organized even though you have lots of classes throughout the day. Everyone at the front desk and the teachers are friendly and helpful.

Was overall a good studio and instructor - could be a bit hotter but that's just my personal preference - when I arrived they recovered from a water issue so I was lucky to get there as it was being fixed!

Best yoga studio in DC hands down!

The instructors and employees at corepower are all great, from my experience. I have always felt welcomed, even as an inconsistent yogi, and have greatly enjoyed the classes I have been to. The instructors seem to really know what they are talking about. I am better informed of what I am doing from pose to pose as compared to classes at some other studios. I enjoy the incorporation of core and circuit-type exercises as well, and have fun with that in addition to the actual yoga. Everyone is positive and upbeat, which I love!!

I love your retail shop because you provide different brands and are comfy and stylish. I've bought quite a few new pairs of yoga pants that I otherwise would've never bought!

I love the layout of the studio - I typically practice in the Denver area, so it was great to experience another studio!

I went to the CorePowerYoga class - not sure of the formal name. The instructor was great, the class was challenging and I was able to do an amazing workout!

Friendly staff, clean facilities

CPY has made a drastic impact on my life. I find myself craving the CPY and have made certain classes permanently penciled into my weekly agenda. The different classes have so much to offer - I absolutely love the candlelight C2 in the evenings - such a fabulous way to end your night. Sculpt really kicks your butt into shape and the results are evident only after a few classes. I am so thankful for CPY!
