Reliable and consistent - classes are challenging and you know what you're getting every time. They start on time and the individual variation between instructors makes them interesting (I realize that seems to be at odds with consistent, but it's not - variable enough to be interesting, consistent enough to be relaxing)

Its such a nice and big studio compared to the ones i have been to in the past and there is more of a younger atmosphere/environment

I love the space and the classes. But I would really like it if another morning class was added. Originally there was a class on weekdays at 6:30AM, and that worked perfectly for me. Even if it was just 2 days a week, that would be great. I don't know if you ever switch up day-to-day? Or 7AM would work too. 7:30AM is the new class, but it is just a bit too late for me to attend. Thanks!

I'm new to yoga and the C1 class challenged me but wasn't over my mind. The instructor gave us the freedom to go at our own comfortable pace and helped me fix my form a few times for a better experience. I felt great afterward!!

I liked everything! I liked that mats and towels were provided as well as water bottles to buy. I loved the inclusion of the weights in the class.

Mandy's classes are amazing, I seem to only get sore with her classes! Also I love the 75 minute classes. Sometimes the 60 minutes dont quite feel long enough after you add in a late start or slow moving until 10 minutes into the class.

I love the class policies (no signup/cancellation fees, classes don't expire). It makes it easy to fit yoga into my life and I love it!

I love the sculpt class. However, there are some teachers that are much better than others.

I'm a big fan of yoga sculpt, I not only feel amazing during and after the class but the instructors thus far have been incredible and very knowledgable. I had never done a sculpt class before but can share that I'm now a huge fan and couldn't imagine not going at least once a week.

It's a great workout! The sculpt class is one of the hardest things I have ever done and I love it! I am a D1 collegiate athlete and I'm pretty sure the first time I did sculpt I thought it was harder than anything/any practice I have ever done! I get a great workout and feel so accomplished when the class is over, plus I leave the class drenched in sweat which really makes me feel like I put in a lot of work. Overall it's a great workout and the instructors are so great and motivating!

I love it hear. My only complaint is there is a wide range and how good the teachers are. Some are absolutely fantastic, others are disappointing. Overall I absolutely love corepower.
