The instructors at the Georgetown Studio are fantastic and hands down are better. Although the studio and bathrooms are disgusting. I just go to class and leave and shower in the gym at my office otherwise I would not come to this gym if I had to shower there. It's really dirty.
The studio is Bethesda is much cleaner.

The classes are very welcoming and easy in adjusting to. For beginners, the instructors do a good job of explaining each position and step.
