Of the more than 1500 classes I have taken at Corepoweryoga in the past few years, this one was the best!!! It was clear that the instructor (Sophia T.) carefully planned a class that was well-balanced, challenging and fun! Her playlist was impeccable and very diverse. The class was full of students of various ages and fitness levels, all of whom were raving about the class and the instructor! Because the instructor provided multiple options throughout the class, carefully monitored students and effectively modeled all poses and exercises, all students were able to optimize and personalize their experience. I have never experienced an instructor who exudes more energy and inspires like Sophia T.!!!
I love the convenience of the location! Classes are easy to book and fit my busy schedule. Instructor was great and makes learning comfortable for new students!

The workouts in Yoga Sculpt are challenging yet attainable. I'm more of a beginner and appreciate that we can modify our impact and intensity. I love working up a sweat as it makes me feel great after the workout!
A solid no frills workout. A great way to develop an everyday yoga practice. I always feel better after visiting studio. I’m amazed at my progress.
Instructors were very nice
The instructors are great. We’ve tried a few for HPF instructors at Courthouse and they are all excellent (Jessica, Beth and Adam). The studio is new, clean, with lots of natural light/aesthetically nice. The desk and support staff are great too.
Very comfortable first-time experience- Billy was fantastic. He welcomed me as soon as I walked in and explained everything to me in the right amount of detail.
