The instructors are nice, I love the sculpt classes, the classes aren’t too big or overcrowded, the entire studio is clean.
With great teachers like Roxy and Farley, every class is a unique exciting exploration. Those two excel creating fun and challenging classes.

The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and excellent at what they do. Today, I had a particularly satisfying class with Raven, who explained things to me and offered alternative ways of doing the same exercises. Her instructions were clear throughout the class and I could follow her easily. She was upbeat and supportive.
The environment is inviting, and friendly.
Breanna is the best! She does a great job connecting with her students and making them feel safe, allowing us to feel ready to take risks.
