The studio is always clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Parking is easy. There are many fantastic instructors! In particular, Sophia T. is EXCEPTIONAL! Of the hundreds of yoga instructors I have met in my life, no one compares to Sophia! She always brings high energy to her carefully planned, well-balanced yoga sculpt classes! Her music playlists are PHENOMENAL! Her classes appeal to students of all fitness levels because while they are challenging, she provides multiple options for exercises, carefully monitors students and effectively models all poses and exercises. Thus, all students can personalize their experiences and optimize their health while having a blast! I have never come across an instructor who exudes energy, inspires, motivates and rocks it 100 percent of the time like Sophia T.!!!
