I really like he Hot Power Fusion classes. I wish there were more of them. And, Kate does a great job at the 3pm Sunday class. Really enjoy practicing with her.

Great, friendly, welcoming, creative instructors. Classes are always different enough to not get tired of the same class. Nice, clean, cozy environment. The variety of class times is great for my busy schedule.

I've been practicing at CPY since 2007. I love the C2 and sculpt classes. I've had some excellent teachers (past and present) and a positive experience overall.

Every staff member has been friendly and welcoming, whether I know them personally or not. The instructions during class are helpful and encouraging. A sense of community and togetherness is developed.
