The instructors are very welcoming and the classes I have been to have been unique and different. I always leave feeling much lighter, mentally and physically, than when I arrived! I also love all the awesome clothing in the store.

Great classes

My first workout was 9/7 - Labor Day and the instructor did not show up. Grace volunteered to teach a class to those that were there and interested. That was very customer-focused and generous on her part. My second visit was 9/8. Stacy taught the class and Keith assisted. They were both so supportive and nice. I plan to go every day of my trial period. I feel emotionally relaxed when I leave, can already see my stomach muscles are just a little tighter, and I sleep through the night.

I really enjoy Robert's Hot Yoga classes. His instruction is excellent and I really appreciate the "permission" to not push myself if I want to. I especially enjoy his sense of humor, always gives me a reason to smile during class!!

I love the attention to detail. Only reason not a 10 - it is expensive... But it was a great class and next time it rains and I have an evening to work out, I'll be back!

The staff are friendly, the environment is always clean and i love the adjustments during class.

I like that the studio provides the lockers, shower rooms and changing room for the customers. And I think it's very good for the customers to have more options about classes set up for each day. Also, it's nice to have yoga products such as clothes, accessories, mats, etc provided for the customers to purchase, especially when they are on sale.

I like that the instructors know their clients by name, it is clear that they care about their classes and take time to include a theme/intention.

The additional classes offered to further our practice is also a nice option. I have done Yogi training and will start the Wellness Cleanse soon. I would not do the additional classes if I did not feel a connection to the instructors and studio.

The hours are great I like being able to come in early in the morning. The instructors are all very patient and positive. I do wish that the Garden of the Gods CPY had an early C1 class.

I enjoy the diversity amongst the teachers I know that every class I come to is going to be a well-thought-out well-planned class with my safety in mind
