Core restore is offered often at this location but rarely at any other studios I visit

Well trained instructors. Except for Christian somebody, not sure of his last name. He did such a poor job last class, I went to the front afterwards to talk with him about it and ask for my money back, but he was AWOL. His class was like a workshop, primarily designed to show all that he could do. It was awful. He yawned his way through class, sort of did a flow the first part, then the second half was just demonstrations. He then realized her was out of time, and flew through final stretches and sebasana. Never again will I attend his class.

I love the amount of exercise in the C2 class

I like the variety of schedules and times of classes. The issue I have is the scents in the ladies room and sometimes in the classroom. I find it interesting that you are a yoga business but use products that are scented, including cleaning, and all of your soaps and shampoos. I would like to see you change to more natural cleaning products, vinegar and water, unscented products, and also change out your shampoos and soaps to more natural products that are also unscented. I always come for hot yoga and my previous visit in the classroom was not good. The smells in the room were highly toxic. not sure if you did something to the floors, but I left feeling ill. I was just at your studio 7/3 and the scent was gone, but, doesn't mean the chemicals were not still in the environment.

What's there not to love?! I moved from California to Colorado Springs 6 months ago and quickly became a part of the CorePowerYoga family. It's a remarkable business and ran by the most incredible staff. Never have I been apart of such a holistic and cohesive environment. It has become a source of community, strength, and serenity.

CPY Colorado Springs has staffed phenomenal instructors such as Jeff, Kristin, Majesta and Rita. I thoroughly enjoy being apart of the CPY clan and I anticipate many amazing years to come. Thanks for the sweat and success!

Your products/services meet people where they are at-- catering the practice to each individuals needs. Making them feel empowered, safe, and cared for. As for me, yoga practice is a relatively new concept. I was never a dancer, never a gymnast, never particularly physical (outside of hiking) before I started yoga. I doubted whether I would ever be able to do a push-up or a headstand, rarely dared to dream that any version of advanced practice would be achievable. But I did... I did dare to dream. And I began to regularly attend classes at 24 hour fitness just over two months ago trying to achieve my #YogaGoals I thought that I was on the "right track" until this week when I tried one of your classes for the first time, and felt like a whole new world opened up to me--as though I just found "my jam". A place where I could not only dare to dream just of handstands and backbends, but dream of the kind of world we all want to live in--a place where dreams come true. 🙏
