I love the perfect temperature for every class that I attend. Kevin is awesome for my Saturday's HPF, always put a smile on my face during and after class. Jeremy is the best, challenging every student to push beyond what they think they're capable of and still incorporating yoga poses and flows throughout class. I just CAN NOT miss his class!

I have being attending the Core 1 series for few months now and feel it is just the right set of routines to challenge you and feel like a great one hour work-out. The studios are clean and bright and instructors are friendly and awesome.

I am grateful for core power yoga. It is like a loyal dependable friend. When I feel like I am having a difficult time with something, I just show up and I feel better. The instructors seem really grateful to be able to teach and it feels good to give and receive as a student. I love that they do not deny the spiritual aspect to yoga and at the same time make it an individual practice. I love the C1 class. I think it is really great that they have classes for people at all levels.

Streeterville CPY is a strong community of good people. The energy of the space is most times uplifting. I enjoy practicing yoga there.

I've always had trouble with Placerita pose - it works that part of my hip & thigh that need to be worked. I experienced injuries when I was young, hip injuries specifically. I've gotten better as I've practiced, but still have had trouble with Placerita. At class on Friday, the teacher had time to help me get into the pose properly - I wasn't aware I needed to engage my glutes. The result was that the pose, while still difficult, suddenly felt more natural. I appreciate the guidance. Actually, the last week has been full of good instruction, beginning a week ago at the Roscoe Village studio where they helped me with warrior 2 (same deal, gotta flex my glutes more). My classes on Tuesday & Wednesday at Streeterville 5:30 pm were great as well - both of those 2 teachers really worked us & gave good feedback as well.

The teachers are all very well trained. I know it will be a great class no matter what instructor. I like the variety of classes

I think it's a great workout and it is also very relaxing. Core Power creates balance in my life.

Studios can sometime be overwhelming, where the instructor knows the students, and you felt left out of some secret club; however, streeterville core power was nothing like that! The instructor was so nice and welcoming and I had a very enjoyable yoga experience, especially considering how nervous I was to go since it had been over a year since the last time I had practiced.

The layout of both the locker room and front space is very spacious and comfortable. Everyone I have met so far has been very friendly and helpful.

I haven't had a bad class yet. Good mixture of flows and classes too, even within the same C2 series. Even after the longest day of work, going to corepower rejuvinates and relaxes me.

I liked the friendliness and the welcoming atmosphere. It was very non intimidating and pretty relaxed as a first time customer. Also the facilities were clean and organized and staff was very professional.

I wish you offered wipes or spray to wipe down our mats at the end of class.
