I love the classes at Corepower, they are rejuvenating while still giving the feeling of a workout with calories burned.
This was the best Yoga class I've ever taken!!! I sweated a lot and I was really proud of myself for sticking through the 75 mins practice. It's not only a physical exercise, but also a chance to make me feel good about myself! The instructor was really good at motivating us! I love her!

Great workout
It was really easy to sign up. I signed up, received a towel, purchased a water and was given a keycard within 3-4 min. It was great! Gave me plenty of time to become accustomed to the studio, leave my belongings in the locker and relax a few minutes before class. The facility was welcoming and clean. The instructor was great. I really enjoyed the "feel" of the class. I really really love it and am looking forward to trying new classes.

It's a great location, friendly and helpful staff. I do always try to go early because the studio is busy. After classes the locker room is kind of a madhouse with a bottle neck at the entrance.
I like that I can find the appropriate level for me each day.
