Our instructor, Lauren, was fantastic, as it was my first ever HPF session at CPY. She clearly knew what she was doing and I left excited to see if the other classes stack up to hers. Additionally, the ambiance in the lobby and locker room is extremely relaxing and made me want to stay longer.

I love the classes at Corepower, they are rejuvenating while still giving the feeling of a workout with calories burned.
This was the best Yoga class I've ever taken!!! I sweated a lot and I was really proud of myself for sticking through the 75 mins practice. It's not only a physical exercise, but also a chance to make me feel good about myself! The instructor was really good at motivating us! I love her!
