Great workouts; instructors take the time to adjust poses for learning.
The morning Sculpt class was tough but I made it through and look forward to taking it again now that I know what I am in for.

PLEASE keep the C3 classes on the schedule, they are really wonderful.

Lots of classes so it's easy to choose any time and day of week.

I love the instructors and the place is clean and easy to learn at. I started yoga when I moved here around October and have been addicted ever since. Core Power was the first place I tried it and I could not imagine going anywhere else. There is something for everyone or every mood whether you want to take it slow with a C1 or go full out for a sculpt.
