Clean & organized studio, free parking, great instructors.

This is the studio where I started my Core Power journey over 12 years ago and it always feels like "coming home" when I take a class here. The instructors at this studio are all wonderful and I've even reconnected with some previous teachers from other studios. I love the chill vibe and the easy parking. Thank you for always cultivating a safe space to practice, CPY Uptown!

I really like the availability of classes especially in the morning. There are many great teachers at this location I feel so lucky to be learning from, they make sure that their classes are approachable yet challenging for any level. I find it to be a very friendly community.

The teachers and community are so welcoming! The teachers provide accommodations for each person to ensure a safe practice.

It's convenient (within walking distance to my house), a lot of class options and I like the added heat!

Great classes. I do think though that there should be some classes that are not fully guided. I am from michigan and most of the style there is to review the flow two times (once slower and then second time faster) and then you are given time to flow on your own in which you can follow the flow provided or add or subtract from it to tailor it to yourself with instructors providing additional suggestions.

I really enjoy the yoga sculpt classes! The instructors are amazing and I have noticed major results in my physique after only 6 weeks!

The staff at CPY Uptown Chicago are just... wonderful people. The teachers, Erica the studio manager, Tony the regional manager... whatever you need to do to retain these people, definitely do it. It is warm and inviting. The studio is always clean and communication is great.

Core Power Uptown has great instructors, like Kevin, who bring their unique essence to each class with music and lighting choices while sticking to the class framework. The staff is wonderful, warm, and somehow remembers people’s names and welcomes them back each time. It’s clean and has easy parking for a city location.
