I think the uptown location is one of the cleanest and nicest core power locations in Chicago. I do miss Ryder at that location!

I really like the frequency of classes. The front desk is smoothly run and the teachers are very good. I understand as of today we are back to 60 minute HPF 7:00 PM classes. Since it switched back to 75 minute a few months ago, most of my classes have been full. I would like to request keeping the classes at 75 minutes. It's a less rushed, more thorough class for both students and teachers.
