Last Thursday 02/11/2016 was my very first time taking Yoga 1.5 with Elyse was the instructor. I was very nervous being new to this class, but she has such a calming voice, that she made me really relax and comfortable. And to make the this night a very special night she was telling a story while she was teaching the pose about the Myths of the Asanas. Story of Garuda the Eagle Pose. The story was how Garuda, saved his mother in the story!I haven't spoken to my biological mother for 20 years.But with her calming, siren voice, I cried and made me think about my mother!She inspired me that night to let go of the past! Thank you Elyse!! keep up the good work! thank you for such a great class!!

Great locker room. My teacher, Ken, has been blowing my mind with his energy, and I love the studio.

Every instructor has been knowledgeable and helpful. Every person I've come in contact with so far that works for CorePower has shown a genuine interest in helping me and/ or answering my questions. I'm very new to yoga and have taken 4 HPF classes (with my free week : ) and I've loved them all.

Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy. Classes are terrific!

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The teachers are very diverse in their styles as well. They keep our practice more interesting and challenging. I would still like to see 75 minute HPF make a come back throughout the week. Is it possible to add it once or twice during the week?

I love CP Uptown! Everyone is always friendly and the studio is clean and always welcoming. I would love a 5:30am or 6am yoga class that isn't sculpt.

I love the class selection and times. I also love the staff. They are helpful, friendly, and really go out of their way to connect with the members. As for products, I don't know because I don't buy much. However, everything always looks very nice and is merchandised in an appealing and professional manner.

The instructors, the vibe of the studios, and the variety of practices. I like the sense of community as well between the instructors and students. Very positive and inspirational. I hope to join a teacher training session this summer!
