This was my first visit to the studio and I felt immediately welcomed. The staff was great at directing me to where I needed to go. And the class itself was great. The instructor, Kaya, made sure to check in with me after class to see if I had any questions. Great space for mindfulness.

I really like my C1 teacher Niki, she starts and end the classes with quotes that helps set the tone for my practice. She is hands on with adjustments and is willing to help.

Josh K was an extremely enthusiastic instructor! The Asian woman who was in teacher training (sorry I forgot her name) was also great. She assisted me with a few postures. Overall it was an excellent C1 class!

Very welcoming environment. This is the only corpower that I have been to where I don't feel weird about being a little newer to yoga. I have practiced on and off for about 6 years but sometimes go a long time in between sessions so I'm not perfect and I love that uptown is so easy going and actually very fun when I do get back into yoga.
