Everyone is super welcoming! Usually going to a new gym is a bit uncomfortable at first, but the instructors at CorePower do their best to make sure everyone feels welcomed. The classes are challenging and rewarding.

I took my first ever yoga class this past weekend while visiting Chicago! I was a little hesitant because I always feel insecure when taking a workout class in general, but I thought it’s about time I try my 2019 goals and get over that fear. I took the yoga sculpt class with Jamie Goldman.

First of all, she starts off with a class affirmation, and she talked about community and to focus your breath and mind on that. This really hit home to me and it was a great way to positively turn this class into a good one in the first few minutes.

This was an amazing class overall because I realized I was able to push myself and do a lot more than I thought I could! She was very encouraging the whole time, and also helped along the way to improve form for most effective results. It was a perfect blend of stretching, form and a lot of cardio and strength training. She made me feel so inspired that I actually found a local yoga studio in nyc to help me continue on a yoga journey.

On top of that the music was AMAZING! Perfect blend of chill, to upbeat, songs — music to me is very important and there is nothing better than a good playlist to workout too.

Overall I had an amazing experience, and I not only highly suggest going to this location, but to try to grab a class from Jamie Goldman— especially if you are new like me and want to be inspired, I know I certainly was.

Paco is the greatest. Keeps me coming back to yoga. I appreciate his attention, his caring attitude as well as the fact that he provides a challenging class. I like that he focuses on all parts of the body sometimes ignored in sculpt classes (back).

Great studio very clean, some of the management can sometimes act very stingy and not seem as welcoming as the instructors.

I've loved going to Core Power Yoga! The teachers and staff are always so welcoming and wonderful! I like the variety of classes, but the times are sometimes difficult. One recommendation I have is to add more Core Restore classes after the tougher classes (HPF, YS and C2) so we can recharge and relax a little after the tough class! Thanks! I really appreciate your studio in my life!

Good amenities! The best part is the super friendly and amazing teachers! Always greeted so kindly! The only tiny tiny thing is the studios could be a little cleaner :] but I understand because it’s a busy class schedule.

From the studio to the instructor, everything was wonderful! I've never been to this Corepower studio before and was blown away by the cleanliness, spaciousness and helpful crew. Sarah was my instructor for hot yoga and she was wonderful. I'm not the most experienced yogi and she made me not only feel comfortable and strong, but inspired. Loved the whole experience!

I think all of the instructors are very knowledgeable and there is a great variety of classes on the schedule. I also really like Sarah and think she does a great job not only with the studio but makes yoga more approachable from the mediation/mental aspect and doesn't take herself too seriously which makes her classes more playful. I also love her suggested intentions.
