The staff was so friendly and personable, and the class size was very small, so the instructors were able to give great hands on feedback on poses for better positioning and postural alignment. It was a great workout!

I love RV CPY!!I recently started working SET there and it's been so interesting to learn how things operate behind the scenes. I also like the frequent class offerings and how friendly all the instructors are. It's been a great introduction to yoga for me and I'm excited to share 2 free weeks with a friend!
