I've been to 2 C2 classes in the last week, and one was super awesome and challenging. I was sore the next day, so the physical challenge was there. I also was relaxed after the fact, so the general chill flow was there too. The second C2 class I took was really slow and boring. Too much zen time, not enough vinyasa flow. I had a hard time powering through and I didn't feel like I got much out of it. It's a balance for sure. We go to CorePower for the challenge that's a little more than the standard yoga studio. So that should always be the goal.
Maddie teaches a super solid C2. well worth waking up early

Alana’s classes are 10/10. I have never been more motivated to go so often but the variety of her strength X Classes is amazing. I can see differences in my strength every week and can’t wait for her classes

The atmosphere & the instructors
Please consider moving weekday sculpt classes back to 9 am, 15 minutes makes a big difference in being able to attend when working full time.
Great instructor
The variety in classes and instructors. You can take the same class several times a week and get something new out of it each time. That’s why I love CorePower Yoga!

wonderful opportunity - class variety and instructors -
I got so much out of this place. I think everyone needs to be doing this for flexibility, mobility and protection against injury while doing other sports. My body feels has 0 pain now and I'm the most flexibility I've ever been. As a combat sports athlete, I gained endurance, I recover much faster now, and my injuries went away. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. Weather you're an athlete o want to maintain yor mobility, invest your time to this practice.
Instructors are extremely knowledgeable. Staff is accommodating and welcoming. Great environment to detox from the busy city lifestyle.

I have visited several CPY studios and Roscoe is my favorite. I like that the studio has two large yoga rooms allowing them to offer a large amount of classes. The studio and all amenities are clean, which is incredibly important. At times the classrooms can borderline over capacity, so I do wish there was a bit more limit on the number of students per class (usually with Sculpt classes).
The cp2 classes are my favorite. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the flow is great. The temperature in the room is reasonable

I love Bridgette! She is my favorite teacher! She is so motivating, positive and funny. I love her class. She always has challenging material and seems like she loves being there. I have taken class in maybe 16 Core Powers and Bridgette is by far one of the best teachers I have encountered.
Clean studio and friendly staff
I love the structure of the classes and I know I’m getting a great work out in. However lately the classes have been overcrowded and that really ruins the experience
so good!
