I have never taken a sculpt class before, and the teacher encouraged we go at our own pace. I was never uncomfortable replacing a pose with something that worked better for me. The instructor was very helpful in making me feel comfortable but still pushing myself.

I love Corepower because even though I've been taking C2 3 times a week for about 6 months, it's still a challenge every time. When I take Corepower classes I always get a good workout, but it isn't a stressful hour; it leaves me feeling more balanced, strong, and refreshed.

The space is great, the merchandise is super cute, and the cardio circuit class was awesome!

Friendly Staff and very clean!

The fun, positive energy at CorePower is what really drew me in. The instructors are so welcoming to first timers like myself and the Sculpt class is one of the best workout classes I have ever taken.

I miss the lavender towel walk around from instructors at the end of class. I also miss my favorite instructors teaching their normal classes. I loved Joe Pa's HPF on Monday nights and Galen's HPF on Tuesday/Thursday nights. Other than that I love Core Power and have recommended many friends!

I liked the flow and intensity of the class, the music was awesome too!

The studio is beautiful and large. I especially like the fireplace and lounge area, which creates a sense of community after class.

I love the lakeview studio! It's great because it's one of the only ones in the city that has parking available making it very convenient to get to and also the teachers change up the classes constantly to make it fun and exciting for yogis who go all the time. Everyone who works there is so friendly when you walk in and has such a good atmosphere.

I attend daily and enjoy the workouts and variation.

Loved the candlelit hot power yoga. The instructors were nice and very helpful and patient with assisting. The environment wasn't pressured and was a very comfortable and meditative experience that I very much needed and glad I got to try.

I like that your classes are fun and upbeat - yoga can be boring at times and I have yet to be bored with a class at Core Power Yoga! The instructors are awesome and really motivational.
