It would be appreciated if the hand sanitizer was put back in the yoga studios and the Sculpt/X weights were cleaned and sanitized.
Cleaning seems to have ceased since the Covid restrictions were removed.

I appreciate the small welcoming atmosphere. Amenities, although towels and mats should be free. The teachers, studios, and music bring you to a space that embraces you with wellbeing. I appreciate the warmth and guidance. Very clean. I feel supported, yet not pushed beyond listening to my body. Great place to begin, restore, and grow.
Absolutely love the classes and instructors. I have noticed when classes are full there’s sometimes not enough room to move around on the mat in the class, the room gets pretty tight.
I enjoyed the balance between poses and the stillness to complement the movements. I also loved your voice. Be confident with sequencing, you know more than what you think. Just practice it over and over so you can focus on your students bodies set up cues and then you can move on to refinement adjustments. Way to go !!
It was remarkable. The teacher was energizing and clear in her instructions. The weights throughout and cardio at the end was awesome. I've never been to a yoga class that felt so comprehensive. The upbeat, positive music was a plus too.

Very friendly instructors and lots of class options, however sometimes overcrowded. I would love some themed classes like Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Latin music etc. for Yoga Sculpt.
I’ve very much enjoyed the ease of getting to class each day, the wide range of time slots available, the variety each instructor introduces, the welcome feeling each instructor offers, and location of the space.
Tessa was GREAT
I like that all levels can join the class! I don’t feel intimidated but I also feel pushed to do my best! Everyone is so supportive and classes are fun!
