Great workout, sweat out all the stress! I wouldn't say the classes are as meditative or relaxing as your "typical yoga" classes but these are more focused on core work, strengthening, etc

Couple bits of feedback: I personally dislike at the end of a sculpt class when the teacher doesn't turn the lights back on. Especially evening classes, you have tired, sweaty folks stepping over each other with 2 weights in each hand -- when you compound this with a nearly pitch dark room, it feels unnecessarily really dangerous.
The glass covering the picture at the bottom of the steps reflects and gives everyone walking down a really clear look into the mens locker room. A bit of an odd oversight.
There are ants in the studio all the time!

The time of day ...classes at 2:45, work well for me as does 4:00! Very clean, too!

I really enjoy the HPF SEQUENCE and the teachers are usually amazing. I usually always leave feeling amazing.
I love CorePower with a passion. However, I wanted to give you feedback that I took last Wednesday's 6AM Lincoln Park class, and we did not do our first Warrior 2 until 6.18, with no weights. 6.25AM was the first time we were in Warrior 2 with weights. It took way too long to get into the hard part of class, and the first part of class was not hard exercises...it was just "warming up" but for way too long. Thought you may want to know. If you have further questions, please let me know.
