There are a variety of classes--C1, C2, HotPower, Hot, Restorative, and Yoga Sculpt offered throughout the day to meet different needs and schedules. There are also a good number of showers, so there is little or no wait time for a shower after a well-attended class.

I appreciate the mind-body connection that you share in your yoga classes. Sometimes, I get more out of the mind-spirit connection than the physical movement. I appreciate your friendly ways and am happy to be part of the core power yoga community. I have decided that I will keep yoga in my life for the rest of my life. Thank you!

controlled environment (heating, lighting, music, showers, etc.) contributes to good setting for class, and instructors are very good. Price is on high side, but I get value from the studio that so far I am willing to pay for.

Yoga is very accessible here. I like that the C1 classes really walk you through the basics so that you have strong fundamentals for your practice. I also love how much variety there is in the schedule. I go several times a week and it's never boring!

That there are so many class times to choose from everyday and the studio is comfortable. I love the teachers they know what they are doing and are very approachable.

The yoga community at NOBO is so welcoming, not only to regular members, but even more so to new students. This makes a potentially intimidating experience for newbies far more comforting than scary. The teachers are phenomenal! Mark & Jo bring their own flare to class and it's so much fun. Derise is a fave on Sundays mornings as she brings an amazing start to the week with her wonderful guidance and love.

Beautiful studio, great classes and instructors!

I like that there is something for wherever you are at on your mat, and that there is no judgement. I like that I'm greeted by name, or if not by name, with enthusiastic acknowledgement that I am a returning yogi. I like that I'm not the only person "north of 50" when I enter the studio. I love that the facility is clean and has homey touches.

There are a variety of classes all day long. All of the teachers I've had are caring and have excellent flows.

Yoga has really changed my life, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I love all the teachers at Core Power, and the North studio is closest to my home so I am always happy when the class that I want is available at the North studio.

I think the changing rooms at the North are nicer than at the South, but I like the rainfall style shower heads that they have at the South studio, so perhaps you can consider changing out the shower heads at the North studio

I think all of the instructors are very knowledgable and teach great classes!
