The instructors are extremely kind and energetic. I love how everyone has a different spin on the workout. I love that it is a time to be alone and present on my mat and grateful for the time. I also love how good I feel during and after and can see a change in my muscle tone from yoga sculpt. I have recommended this to many of my friends and family members.

The facility is very comfortable, clean and pleasant. Instructors are very knowledgable and easy to follow.

I thought that the instructor was very positive but not in your face if you had to take a break since I am a beginner.

I enjoy the intensity of the workout and then the relaxing conclusion.

The environment is soothing, clean and modern. It feels like an exclusive studio. I have really enjoyed the instructors' sequences and energy they bring to the classes. Their hands on assist and verbal guidance has helped me improve my practice and strengthen my poses.
