It was my first time ever trying CorePower Yoga, and I absolutely loved it! My girlfriend has been trying to get me to do it for some time now, and I decided to give it a try, and loved it. We did the body sculpt class. It really challenged me and pushed me physically. I'm a big runner and the class we did really challenged the entire body, but especially the core. It would be great cross training. I also loved the music and the specific circuit that we did. Thank you!

I liked the cleanliness of the studio and locker rooms and how friendly the staff were. The studios were big enough that the class didn't feel crowded.
