Sculpt Yoga
I liked that the instructor was sitting up front to check me into class and welcome me to the studio because then he got to know me before starting the practice.
The community was very inclusive and welcoming. I didn't feel scared to go out of my comfort zone and try a pose that I had never done before. The facility is always wicked clean and I don't feel gross walking around without shoes or socks on. Everything about CorePower makes me want to go back everyday because of the positivity that radiates off of everyone that works and practices there. I would recommend not only the Newton facility but any CorePower facility based off of their morals and practices

My one complaint is the condition of the locker room given the winter - there is salt and dirty everywhere which makes getting dressed after a shower unpleasant.
The C2 class is great. Awesome workout and great flow!
I like the variety in the C2 instructors...all have different styles and areas of interest. I think a big plus for me is the new schedule and the fact that I can drop in as needed. I have 4 kids, a job, I am always running and it's nice to know that if/when I have an extra hour, I can just show up to my C2 class.
It's a lovely studio with convenient parking and excellent teachers.

I like the fact that its not just yoga, but it allows someone who is athletic to engage in both core, weights and yoga.

I have tried to go to the Boston studios which are closer to where I live but the quality of teachers is pretty varied and there is little consistency among teachers in their coverage or their teaching acumen
