Great mix of strength and stretching
I enjoyed the class with Erin and I hope to take more classes with her. The only improvement I could suggest is to reduce the heat a bit for the C1 class.

I loved the vibe at CorePower Yoga Newton! I went to a night class with my 18 year old daughter and it turned into the best little mom-daughter workout date. The energy in the room was upbeat and motivating, the music was nice and the instructor kept it fun while still giving us a serious sweat. It felt welcoming, empowering, and just the right mix of challenging and enjoyable. We left feeling strong, happy, and already talking about our next class. Very warm and welcoming studio!

The playlist was amazing and the workout was the perfect amount of relaxing and challenging and I sweat it all out and left my heart on the mat.

I enjoy CorePower Yoga and the variety of classes and class times they offer. Instructors are nice and knowledgeable and challenge you, yet also provide modifications for poses if needed. Great for all fitness levels!
It was very challenging, but in the best way possible. I enjoyed the workouts (and I’m not one that likes to sweat so much when I workout). All of the instructors were energetic and motivating and the music was great to keep you focused on class.
The studio is spacious with great amenities. My first class I was a disappointed in the lack of heat (for C2) as well as the intensity of the class. Had a much better experience though second time around. Staff is very welcoming and friendly too!

You need to hire a daily cleaning crew , your intructors should not be responsible for cleaning !!!!!!!!!
