Roxy, Leah G, Maria, and Kelly Ha are awesome teachers. They pick really good music and can stay on the beat with all of their exercises. Unlike other CP studios, the studios are nice and spacious.

I like the levels of classes and how they promote strength in addition to typical yoga practices.

So it was my FIRST time doing yoga and I was very nervous and felt very self conscious at first. Once the class started everyone especially the constructor made me feel so comfortable I had a great time despite me not knowing what I was doing lol! I will def come back it was a great experience!

Good classes. Clean. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Big rooms. (But make the candlelight classes regular lighting so I can see).

Clean studio

I love this studio so much! I don't live permanently in the area but when I am in town I will 100% be attending more classes here! All of the instructors were so nice and the studio just gives off a nice homey vibe. I felt very comfortable there! Might have to move back home just for CorePower....

Great class cool clothes too- just more money than other yoga studios in area by 5-10$ at least per class- would buy again on a sale. Close and nice.

I love CPY in general, but this is by far my favorite CPY studio. The instructors here teach challenging sequences, and are super polished and genuinely friendly. I recommend Sarah, Margaret, Max and Maureen to all my yogi friends :)

Everything. I just wish you had more HPF classes in Medford at night as opposed to at 930 am when I’m working
