Convenient and good class times.

I can’t remember the teachers name but she was great! Her class was well balanced between holding poses and being an active high energy class. Also her kind words throughout the practice were some the best I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be back next Monday if I can make it (I live over an hour away) but the drive is worth it for this class!

Love their hot sculpture!

Great instructor. She explained the movements clearly. She also included modifications to make each one either more advanced or easier, so everyone was able to participate at their own level.

The staff was wonderful ans supportive.

So far having a great experience - really nice studio and friendly staff. Will most likely become a member but I'm going to try out different times due to traffic being so crazy in the morning! So I'm hoping the 10am classes will be easier to get to. But also I need to comment on the amount of classes you have - it's so nice to have a variety of times to choose from that sync with my work schedule!

I absolutely loved my class last Saturday at 8:30am. The instructor was welcoming and I felt comfortable there. It was great for my body and mind.

I love the C2 yoga class with Ashley. The environment was clean, instructor was kind and friendly. Given my first time at this location, i felt welcomed and part of the class.

Lydia is my favorite instructor! She brings the right level of enthusiasm, positivity, rigor to her practice as an instructor, and diversity to her workouts that leaves me feeling motivated, inspired, and accomplished. Please give her another Yoga Sculpt evening week day or anytime weekend slot in Medford! More Lydia please!

Its been great. Lulu, Widya, Michelle O. and Allie are all awesome and have killer sculpt classes that are extremely challenging. It's the best workout I know. They keep me younger.
