Loved my free week. Classes I took were great. I have been looking for a new exercise practice to incorporate into my current workout routine and I can say I did not expect to be so inspired by my experience with yoga sculpt. Never having taken a yoga sculpt class I didnt know what to expect. I had a wonderful teacher who guided us thoughtfully through the entire class and talk about a hard workout! Really cant wait to sign up so I can access many more classes. Thank you Core power yoga (medford )!
I love this studio, always somewhere to park, friendly staff, and the classes always feel like the temperature that they're supposed to be! (which I find in some of the MA studios is not always the case.)

I love Margarets class. It's a thrill to have a teacher that is smart, knows her alignment, seasoned. I get bored with the new teachers. I know that's a snarky thing to say. I have been doing yoga long enough to value a good teacher.
