I’ve never taken yoga before so I don’t know how other practices are but i absolutely love the feeling I get when I arrive to my session, the teachers are so friendly and there’s no judgement when you’re there. I get this feeling of relief and stress free and it makes me look forward to my next class. I love it!!

I absolutely loved Lulu! I had my friend come with me. It was her first time and she loved it. She went the next day to try another class !

Widya’s classes yesterday - unbelievable. She is one of the most talented instructors out there.

I love Core Power. I noticed however that there is only a single 20 pound weight … pretty sure that’s the entire inventory in Medford. Plenty of 15s and 25s. Would be good to have a lot more of those for the Core X classes.

I had a great class! Teacher was awesome and the temperature was perfect in there. Also, everything was very clean. We used to go to this studio all the time before the pandemic and then once the pandemic happened, we stopped going. This was our first time back and it was great to be back.
