Student Testimonials
Awesome instructors (Paige is great) and clean studios
Always a great work out!
Everything is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
I've been twice now and each time had a great instructor. The facilities are clean and modern. I'm glad I finally got there.
Clean studio, good retail, inspired practice.
Excelent.
Clean and pretty
Very nice workout
Everyone is always so friendly to me, making me feel at home! I also happened to go in on the day of a really great sale! The classes as always are amazing :)
I love the classes.. this has become an important part of my week
Great teachers and sequencing. Heated classes are great for my 55 year old body:)
I love the hands on assists, the pace, and how welcoming it is
Intense class, great instructor
Love the classes! And the shampoo, conditioner, and bathroom products! Plus the locker room!
Clean and inspiring
I am a bikram convert. I much prefer the variety of poses and attitude of Core Power teachers. Bikram can be a little "harder, farther, deeper" - whereas Core Power is more of a "meet you where you are" practice. I like that better
The instructors teaching and the relaxing atmosphere.
I love the cleanliness/cozy feeling of the studio, the staff is always professional and friendly -- definitely know what they're doing, the music is great and the sequences are awesome. I've been to YogaOne studios in Houston, and it doesn't compare.
Run very professionally, you make newcomers feel right at home, great instruction, beautiful facilities
Friendly and relaxed environment. Appropriate level classes.
I liked the teachers, the studios, the heat, the environment, getting one on one help during practice. People were very welcoming!
Sculpt!
Friendly staff, very consistent. You know what you're going to get when you walk into a corepower studio and what you get is great!
I loved the hot fusion yoga I did. the instructor was very helpful when anyone was struggling to get into the right position.
The quality of the facilities - they are clean, modern, and tasteful in decor; the sound systems are excellent.
The variety of class options- static, dynamic, set sequence and variable sequence.
The two teachers I have had class with were excellent. Rebecca for YS Saturday, and Kaytee today for CP2. I have been practicing at another similar studio for several years, and it does not offer as much of the internal aspect of Yoga as CP does. The instructors had a great combination of running the class, offering individual adjustments, and also offering inspirational dialogue/stories throughout the class. I am truly impressed.
I love my home studio. The variety of times classes are offered are perfect for me and all the teachers are helpful and knowledgeable.
The level 1 class was the right combination of difficulty and style that I was seeking. I got a great workout without feeling overwhelmed. It also allowed room for growth and improvement.
It was a relaxing experience. Thank you!
Classes are challenging

I had one of the best experience ever in taking a yoga class! I took two (2) classes from Andrea R on Friday, 8/26/16 @ 11:30am and another one at 7pm the same day. She remember my name and mentioned it during class and her adjustments were excellence! I also took a friend with me for the 7pm class - she too enjoyed it a lot!
On Saturday, 8/27/16, I took the 10:30am class with Allyson. She taught such an amazing class and work shopped several poses due to there were several new students to yoga attending this class. I was very impressed because after class she mentioned that she had just finished CorePower YTT.
Side note 1: Allyson use to attend yoga classes with me when she lived in Grapevine, TX. Now, she was the teacher and I was the student.
Side note 2: Brendan Bell is a great friend of mine too! I met him years ago when he and his family lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Thank you CorePower for all you are doing. You are establishing a standard for other studies to follow. ~ Name removed
