I have been going to CPY (Sculpt and C2) for nearly 8 years and I felt really compelled this morning to leave some unsolicited feedback about Erin B from Sculpt at the Triangle. It sounds like Erin is a little newer to CPY, however, you not only would never guess this - but rather she brings an energy and flow to the class that turns ordinary sculpt into an energizing, on-the-beat, bootcamp that is simultaneously grounding. I left class feeling like I had a true full body workout while also being able to connect to my yoga practice. What's even more....today was the coldest day in Austin all year and she had a full class at 6AM. Please make sure to keep training people like Erin!

Ive been going to CPY, both sculpt and C1-C2, for over 8 years and while I have almost always loved classes, I felt very compelled to leave some unsolicited feedback about one of your newest instructors, Erin B. Erin's sculpt classes take sculpt to the next level -- a heart pumping, on the beat, grounding workout that actually leaves me feeling like I've been to a real bootcamp and the results are starting to show. I've noticed that Sculpt has evolved a bit over the past couple years, and if Erin is any indication of this evolution, I'm so excited for things to come.

Sure wish the app would update class attendance activity in a more timely fashion.

Would appreciate more classes with two instructors for more hands on adjusts and alignment.

I loved Steffi’s Yoga Sculpt class! Her energy and bubbliness was so great, and her workout was amazing!! I signed up for the class through classpass, but after this class, I am seriously considering buying a corepower membership! Also, the showers and locker room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and private. Y’all are awesome!

I like the consistency and the frequency of classes. I don't have to worry about throwing off my day to make a class because I can go to a class half an hour earlier or later.
It helps to have levels of classes so I can switch up my routine occasionally. I mostly go to yoga sculpt and like that it is challenging. I don't want to spend my time getting to a gym if it's not going to make me feel like I exerted a lot of effort.
The staff is always friendly and encouraging.
I only wish there were a studio closer to me. Mueller would be amazing.
