Some classes are way too crowded & if I arrive early to get a spot I shouldn’t have to give up my space for those who arrive last minute. An overly crowded class makes for a non relaxing class as well & I wish they had class size limits.
I appreciate that there are yoga classes literally from morning to night, so no excuses for not getting on my mat. I also like the variety of teachers at CP. CP tries hard to be a community and I feel it.

The classes are intense and it's a really good workout. The instructors are amazing at pushing the people with encouraging words. It's amazing energy makes you want to push your limits and conquer weaknesses within you.

This was my first time, so I really can’t comment on policies or the different classes offered. But I had a good experience & will be back.
lots of different scheduling options throughout the day; convenient location; very friendly and welcoming staff; clean locker area with lots of showers; the added element of heated classes.
The instructors are amazing and keep you motivated the entire 60 minutes. I also liked how simple the sign-in/signup process was.
The hot power fusion class was amazing!
I felt like I was actually getting a workout unlike other yoga classes.
I love the sculpt class!!! All of the instructors are phenomenal.
There are a few things that I think could make Corepower better:
1. Free mat/towel use (I come from work and don't have a car so lugging a mat around is not working for me)
2. I'd like the Hot Power Fusion class to have a long option (75 mins) so that we can spend a little more time in each pose
3. I'd also like the HPF class to be a bit more challenging with more technical direction. I only went to one of those classes, though, so maybe it was just that one that felt a little easy (and i know that so much of it is driven from within).
I simply like the way positive way I was greeted and introduced.

Stephanie Pither is the most incredible yoga instructor I have ever had! She ignited my yoga journey and truly transformed my life. Such a special human who truly puts her heart and soul into every class she teaches. Thoughtful intentions, creative playlists, amazing assists- could go on forever! Beautiful ability to connect with her students! Austin is SO lucky to have her!!!!!!!!
