For someone who has never experienced yoga before, I was fulfilled with my first experience. The teacher treated me as if I had been there before and her calm nature in her speaking relaxed my fears of this experience. She was a beautiful instructor.

I took the 10:30 C1 class Sat morning. The teacher was great! I brought a friend for her first hot yoga class ever. She really enjoyed the class and left wanting to come back again.
