Lydia was amazing! Loved the energy and the mindfulness. I’ve been practicing since 2010 and have seen how much CPY changed and gone through its various phases. It’s hard to find an instructor who focus on the mind body connection. It’s not about how you look in certain positions but the alignment and also listening to the body is so key. Brought a friend who is recovering from a car accident and we all loved Lydia! Hopefully she can have more classes :)

I attended the HPF in the HB studio led by Lydia last evening. It was a very nice class, both challenging and supportive. I like that the studio is welcoming of students of all ages and that I feel much more stretched and relaxed the next day after the HPF classes!

The amazing instructors and the community are the best.

HB has the best teachers and is so welcoming! It’s become my new favorite way to move my body!

It is challenging!! I love a yoga practice that feels like a workout Core Power’s Yoga Sculpt class really PUSHES you to work for it!! Out of all the studio I love the Huntington Beach one the best since it is so spacious and clean!! Other studios one have one room in them, but this one has 3! I would love to be a member here, and they offer discounted memberships for their SET team!

Instructors are welcoming and very friendly. The Huntington Beach facility is very clean and well organized. Enjoyed the experience of working out in a heated room. I definately recommend CorePower Yoga.

Enjoyed attending my first CorePower Yoga class on Saturday. Ming Sung was amazing. Her tone was relaxing, speaks very clearly when giving instructions. My first experience the staff made me feel comfortable and are very friendly.

I love Core Power! I have tried several studios in the Southern California for hot yoga and Core Power is one of the best, imo. When you add in everything you get for an All Access Membership (use of the facilities at the studio, live classes, on demand classes, buddy passes, etc) this truly is the best value for someone who wants to practice yoga regularly. They have a great variety of teachers with different teaching styles, variance of classes offered, and options for heat or non-heated.
