I love that there is a variety of different levels of classes offered for everyone. I personally love the sculpt classes offered at CPY and tend to always go to those classes. I also love hot power fusion. I think the reason why I love going to core power yoga is because of the community there. Everyone is so friendly and nice and radiates this positive energy that makes me want to be around and it feeds onto me as well. It's just a great form of exercise and stress reliever from everyday stressors.

I love the yoga, the yoga CDs could be improved by having less "fluff" in the beginning and more of the stuff we have in the actual class. Considering how professional CPY is in every other way, the CDs need more customer critiquing if any new ones are to be made. I am the town crier of any products/classes when they are good:)

All of the instructors are friendly at the desk and experts in the classes. I am always satisfied with my class when done. The fun stuff and practical yoga gear in the accessories section are current and easily accessible. The clothing is varied and up to date.

Teachers

Corepower to me, out of all the yoga studios I go to, is the most cleansing, and effective yoga for the intention of my practice. All the instructors have tremendous pacing in their flow, and push hard, at the same time having the ability to tap in to the energy of the class at that moment. I tell people all the time about Corepower, and encourage it to anyone. Namaste!
